The German study focuses on the framing entrepreneurship of interest groups in Germany, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, building on interviews with policy-makers and interest groups, a content analysis of documents for 20 EU policy issues, and case study methods for a selected sub-set of 5-6 issues.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Parallel framing studies will be conducted in Slovenia, as well as for the EU level, ultimately resulting in a comprehensive cross-national comparison of six countries and multilevel study of framing dynamics in the EU.&lt;/p&gt;
